DAWG meeting change of plans

Because so many members of the Direct Action Working Group are
predicted to attend the county-wide Community Meeting on Racial
Profiling on Wednesday, April 11, we are relocating the meeting to the
Obrien Center in Winooski for a hands-on direct action action.

Rides will be provided from the Peace and Justice Center beginning @
5:15 to get to the Obrien Center by the 6:00 pm start time.

If you are able to help with transportation, please to do so.

Cross the bridge into Winooski and go three quarters of the way around
the circle. Half way down the hill, turn right into the side street. Go
straight through three stop signs. After you cross the railroad tracks,
you will see the OBrien center on the left, behind a generous parking lot.

Glad to see your involvement.   This is going to be huge.

The OBrien Center is on the left hand side of Malletts Bay Ave as you head out of Winooski.   It's very near the beginning of MB Ave.  Just over the railroad tracks.  Same building as the Winooski Y.

Not a problem.  We all have more going on than is reasonable.   Sorry that you missed it, this was a powerful event.   Best part, imo, was the involvement by high school-age students.
