Hi Folks,

Very important BHS school board meeting tonight, re Racial Justice.
The ISO promises to turn out 5 or 6 members. We ought to easily at
least double that.

Tonight students and allies will be speaking out for racial justice
at the Burlington School Board meeting. The incredible student
organizers have received leading this effort have received warm
receptions from Burlington's Mayor and the Vermont House of
Representatives Committee on education, yet their efforts to win
racial justice at Burlington High School is far from over. Students
have been pulled out of their classroom education to for intimidating
"interviews" about their organizing. Only transparent appeasement
measures have been offered by BSD leadership regarding students
demands for racial justice.
