(1) Samsung official high contrast theme called "Sky Black". Search in the Samsung Themes store.
Also keep in mind that you can mix and match the themes & icons. I just applied the theme and then went to Icons and restored the original theme icons because I like the default app icons better.

You can use high-contrast mode to improve the readability of your apps and documents. Not all apps support high-contrast mode, and the feature is still experimental and continually being developed. But for starters, you can activate high-contrast mode from your Android settings. See below to learn how.
Thanks to Samsung's fancy One UI skin for Galaxy phones, it might not be as straightforward to turn on high-contrast mode. Below, we modified the steps to include the differences. In this example, we use a Samsung Galaxy S23 running One UI 5.1.
Samsung has some extra options to optimize your display. You can customize your high-contrast mode to enhance the font color and outline, keyboard letter display, highlight button text, color inversion, and modify your phone's theme. We recommend trying these options to get the best high-contrast experience to please your eyes.
For classic Teams, Select Settings and more at the top of the app, then select Settings > General. In the Theme section, choose High contrast. You can also select the Dark or Default theme.
