Sorry I didn’t do the minutes earlier. Attaching draft minutes. Questions about things I’m not sure of are in red text. Please let me know responses and if any changes are required.

Also attaching the draft blurb for the Maintenance Plan. Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi Marina,

Item 3(a) and 3(b) - No update.

Item 3 - correction: The replacement you referred to here is the garage door, not the 2^nd foyer door. The garage door had a different lock type installed, however the internal foyer door had the like-for-like replacement from those ones sourced interstate by Chris.

Item 4 - correction: SSX did not directly call me, Daniel called me to ask my understanding of what happened so he could be better informed when discussing the issue with SSX. I said that the committee was happy to see if we could first get the fee waived, and if they weren't happy with this, to then pay cost price. If they still weren't happy for us to pay cost price, then they could come and get it and re-wire the system to how it was running off 1 battery before at no cost to the OC.

Item 20(b) - Clarify that its not the aircon unit on top of the roof that is being referenced here, it is the aircon 'distribution box' inside the ceiling cavity.

Action Items for me: Follow up Item 3(a), 3(b) and 12 with Chris.

(I’m waiting on Daniel to clarify if the Maintenance Plan blurb is all accurate. Will try to do the newsletter incorporating the MP blurb later this week or possibly the weekend)
