Welcome to Origin Hot Water.
As you may be aware Origin provides the energy used to heat the hot water at 233 Burke Rd Glen Iris.
The hot water is reticulated through the building to the apartments from a central hot water system. Each apartment has a dedicated hot water meter and is individually charged for their hot water usage. The gas cooktop is not metered and is charged at a cents
per day rate regardless of how much is consumed and is included on the hot water account.
An account will need to be set up for the hot water consumption for each of the hot water meters.
I have attached a few forms below, lift/common area notice and a welcome letter that you might find useful to use in your welcome packs.
I have provided a few options below for the account holder to contact Origin to
open an account.

Once the site is loaded we will email you a POD listing that will assist the account holder when making application however, the address will suffice if the customer does not have the pod number.
