Over the past eight years, we have worked hard to keep our pricing stable and absorb fluctuations in operating costs wherever possible.

However, sustained increases in diesel prices are now having a significant impact on transport and collection costs across our industry. In order to continue delivering reliable service and maintaining the standards you expect, we will be introducing a fuel levy effective 1 April, 2026.

The levy will be calculated monthly, based on the average published diesel price for Victoria and will appear as a separate line item on your invoice. This ensures transparency and allows the levy to move up or down in line with actual fuel costs.

We understand that businesses are facing cost pressures across many areas, and this decision has not been made lightly. Our priority remains providing consistent, professional service while operating in a sustainable and responsible manner.
