For committee consideration and instruction. Committee should be able to advise how it was coordinated in the past when it relates to the private aspect. I have a feeling notices were placed in the high traffic areas by committee so owners/residents could be home on the day.

Last cleaned, 07/03/2025. The price is held at $1,870 (incl. GST). This includes the cleaning of external windows, skylights, ballustrades (both private & common area), and entrance area glass.
