How did your meeting go?
Item 1 - We will be able to mount the camera in a non-penetrative method shown in the image below. The camera is solar powered and includes data. Shouldn’t need any access for maintenance.
There are many options we can explore that keeps disruption to minimum.
Item 2 – No provision has been given, however we can go back to the developer to see if they were willing, what did you have in mind.
Item 3 – We have Contract works insurance in place and can issue a copy through for your records should a claim be required.

I have provided your request to the committee and await their instruction. They’re meeting on 10th November and I suspect I will have instruction post this date.
Committee has asked some initial questions, if you could kindly review and advise, that would be beneficial to assist their consideration of the request.
- Provide additional information around the equipment. Eg size, how it is installed, how often they will require access to the equipment
- Is there provision for payment for the use of the space.
- In the event the property at 233 Burke Rd is damaged because of the equipment, its installation, or any other related event. What protection provided for this?

We are the appointed builder for 18–20 Scott Grove, Glen Iris, 3146, a new residential townhouse development comprising one basement carpark level and 20 townhouse units, scheduled to commence construction in November 2025.
To document the construction progress, we would love to install a time-lapse camera on the rooftop of your apartment building located at 233 Burke Road, Glen Iris, 3146. The camera would look over our project and remain in place for approximately 15 months. We will ensure the installation is done professionally and will coordinate directly with you to agree on a suitable position, installation method and access arrangement.
