Hi All,

Please see attached, quote for $5,400 + GST from Balmoral Fire for rectifying defects they identified in August 2025.

I will also attach an email Daniel sent to me last week that brought this issue to my attention for the first time. You will see from the attached email that Balmoral Fire appear to have conducted testing and identified defects in August 2025, but did not voluntarily come to TC with this information until Daniel enquired about it - and Daniel only enquired and found out about these defects accidentally, because of an unusual requisition for information from the solicitor who acted for the new owner of Unit 20.
