Hello Everyone!

We’re scheduling a dryer vent cleaning and if anyone else is interested, we can get a group discount. Normally, this service costs $350, but if more people sign up, the price drops to $150 per home! Not cleaning your dryer vent increases the risk of fire in your home because lint and dust build up inside the vents, which can become a serious fire hazard.
We’ve used this service before, and they do an excellent job. (he does duct and chimney cleaning if you need that as well)

Thanks Ben.

I thought it was an odd email that he sent to the committee address initially but when he emailed my personal address, figured he had to belong to the community. Pretty annoying if he doesn’t, that he somehow found out my personal email address...

Oh, that’s weird that he’s emailed you personally then… I’m not discounting he is a resident but from everything in that email it just seems suspicious. I wonder if the google groups email has been compromised and we need to change the password then.

Was their email to you any different?
