ASOA. Guys this is the invitation for Burhani Cricket Club to join the winter league Houston. Please advise that we are most definitely interested in putting 2 teams in this league if we have a response from more ppl interested in playing. Please read below for more information-All matches are held on Sundays.

It is that time of the year again when the summer cricket season is coming to a close and so we need to start planning for our winter games. This is to inform you that our Winter Committee (WC) will be appointed shortly for this task and will be getting together to plan out the details for the coming season. Meanwhile, here are a few basic announcements.
 
1. As per the last few years, the format of the games will stay as 20/20.
2. The season will start soon after the conclusion of the summer league finals as early as Second week of November
3. The fee structure will be as follows:
a. Tournament Entry fees: $100 per team.
b. Ground fee: $200 per team without a home ground. No ground fee required for teams with home ground.
4. Based on the final number of teams and format/schedule will be announced
 
All teams, including new teams, are requested to discuss their plans for the WC with their players and let HCL know if they will be participating this season. This information is required as soon as possible to establish the pool structure, fixtures and schedule.
 
Kindly send an email to winte...@houstoncricket.org indicating team/club name, number of teams, latest by 05-Nov-2012. All payments must be received by HCL Treasurer within 05-Nov. Teams will be considered as registered only after the payment is received by HCL.
