Eliminate nested functions

Hi,

r1792 has removed all nested function, as a result:

The NESTED_FUNC_ATTR macro is not needed at more
No need to check for __enable_execute_stack in cygwin.
No need for __trampoline_setup in powerpc.
Tools like grub-fstest works in platform that don't allow to run code
on stack, for instance, OSX.
