Support folding of boot items

Hi,

The latest r1804 adds a new feature, it allows you to fold boot items.
To enable it, set GFX_FOLD=1 in /etc/default/grub, for example:

GRUB_THEME=refit
GRUB_GFXMODE=640x480
GRUB_FOLD=1

Then run update-grub to generate grub.cfg.

refit is a new theme I created to illustrate the folding feature, its
looks quite similar to refit. The theme file can be downloaded from:

http://code.google.com/p/burg/downloads/list

It only shows one item for linux, press enter and it boots the default
item. You can also uses F7 keys to see the complete item list.
