Merge with grub

Hi,

r1780 is a merge with grub r1906, major change include:

add gettext support
grub-emu is now a standalone target
new command grub-mkrelpath

As OSX doesn't ship with gettext, you need to install autoconf,
automake and gettext from macport:

port install gettext
port install autoconf
port install automake

Macport install to /opt/local, the configure command should look like this:

./configure --with-platform=pc CFLAGS=-I/opt/local/include
LDFLAGS=-L/opt/local/lib

New merge: r1790 is a merge with grub r1938. Major changes since last merge:

Add relocator
Add pciaccess
New file video.lst containing video drivers.

The latest merge is r1811, which corresponds to grub r2123. Major changes:

Support multiple input/output terminal
Add pbkdf2 password, md5 password is removed.
Add savedefault (using scripts function)
Add unit testing framework.
Add mips port, although new object format for mips isn't done yet.
