Dans le cadre de l’exploitation de l’Aéroport d’Ivato à Antananarivo, le développement du trafic aérien et en particulier du trafic cargo nécessitant la modernisation et la mise en conformité aux meilleurs standards internationaux des infrastructures aéroportuaires de l’Aéroport,
Dans ce cadre, Ravinala Airports lance le présent appel à manifestation d’intérêt (AMI) en vue de présélectionner un ou plusieurs partenaires chargés de financer, construire, exploiter, maintenir et développer une nouvelle gare de fret à l’Aéroport d’Antananarivo selon un modèle BOT.
Les candidats entreprises ou groupement d’entreprises intéressés sont invités à manifester leurs intérêt en soumettant leur dossier suivant l’Avis ci-joint, avant le 30 septembre 2025 à 12 heures (UTC+3) aux adresses ci-après :

As part of the operation of Ivato Airport in Antananarivo and the development of air traffic — particularly cargo traffic — which requires the modernization and alignment of the airport infrastructure with the highest international standards,
Ravinala Airports is launching this Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) to preselect one or more partners responsible for financing, constructing, operating, maintaining, and developing a new freight terminal at Antananarivo Airport under a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model.
Interested companies or consortia are invited to express their interest by submitting their applications in accordance with the attached Notice, no later than September 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM (UTC+3) to the following addresses:
