Do you have adults who swim at your Y (also known as Masters swimmers)? The National YMCA Masters Meet is a fun, supportive and inspiring event for adult swimmers who are YMCA members. Events are offered by age group and swimmers do not need competitive swimming background to participate. Last year, participants were as young as 18 and as old as 90. The meet is a true celebration of the achievement, relationships and sense of belonging that the YMCA provides for all.
While built around swimming events, competition is just one aspect of the weekend in Orlando. There is a Social on Saturday evening for participants, families and friends and there is plenty of time each afternoon to enjoy the attractions around Orlando.
Remember that Masters just means Adults and this event is a super way for them to get away for a weekend and celebrate their efforts toward maintaining health, well-being and supportive relationships!
