Welcome to the Burbank YMCA Masters Swim Team!

Who are we?

We are fitness, recreational, open water, competitive, and triathlon swimmers. We are all ages, abilities and speed. "Masters" simply means 18 and older. Our swim program is part of the Burbank YMCA in Reading MA, who are for youth development, healthy living & social responsibility. Our national organization, United States Masters Swimming (USMS) is an organization of over 40,000 men and women, offering fitness and competitive opportunities to all. 

Most importantly, our swimmers are the nicest and most supportive people you will ever meet!

What do we do?
 
We participate in the greatest sport in the world!  Our workouts are at the Burbank YMCA, 36 Arthur B Lord Dr, Reading, MA. We swim on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8:15 - 9:30 pm and Saturday mornings from 7:00- 8:25 am. Many of us swim in Masters meets and open water swimming, though competition is not required. We work hard but also have a social side. Once a month after the Saturday morning workout you'll find us all (families included) at Brothers Deli Restaurant in downtown Wakefield.
