使用v2.0 Beta 2时的字体问题

我已经用了下面步骤
运行 FontSetup：『开始』→『CTeX』→『FontSetup』；
选择适合你的语言；
选择目标文件夹（建议使用默认路径）；
选中『生成 Type1 字体』和『使用 Type1 字体』*；
选中『宋体』、『黑体』和『楷体』；
配置完成后关闭。
* 生成并使用 Type1 字体是可选的。如果不生成或者使用 Type1 字体，在最终的 ps 和 pdf 输出中将使用点阵字体。
感觉原来在1.1版本时，虽然仍有报错，但能编译通过。不过我一直不能让chap02的bib工作，也就是显示到正文里都是问号。所以我就改到这个版
本，结果又出字体错误了。不知道我直接点pdflatex编译的方法按钮对不对。
我安装的是CTeX 2.9, Win7
