Windows下编译buptthesis

我想用这个模板写毕业论文，使用的是Win7 64bit + texlive2010, 运行makethesis.bat。但是一直不能编译完，看
到是一直在重复一段命令，但一直没有成功：

如果编译过程出错，有可能是Makefile或者makethesis.bat中的环境变量设置与运行的系统不一致，
请自行编辑这两个文件，进行必要的修改。
我对编译这个不太懂，有同学能帮助我应该怎么修改吗？以前用latex写过论文和报告，但是都是直接在主文件打开，直接在texnicCenter里编
译，没用过这种make编译的，所以请教各位现在我应该如何处理呢？

通过，报如下的错miktex-makemf: The unisong source file could not be found.。看来还是
字体的问题，但是我在网上查了挺久，说应该CTeX装好后就没有字体错误了。实在不知道该怎么处理了。
