If you're constantly checking Netflix to see when your favs will officially be ready to stream, join the club. For Supernatural fans, Season 13 is probably weighing heavily on your mind (for no other reason than I just mentioned it). The Season 14 premiere has arrived with an October 11 air date and if you're hoping to catch up there's a pressing matter: is Season 13 of Supernatural on Netflix?

According to the Netflix website, all 13 Seasons of Supernatural are available, and have been since May 25, 2018. Lucky number 13 has a total of 23 episodes so clear your calendar and watch them all in one sitting. You'll begin with the Winchesters meeting Jack to the surprising cliffhanger I refuse to spoil (you're welcome). This time around, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are working to save their mom from an alternate world. As if that's not enough, Lucifer has a more prominent role, somehow getting into Heaven, and per usual, evil lurks pretty much everywhere 24/7 so the pair stays busy.

Supernatural is about to air its last ever episode on The CW this November, bringing the show to an end after 327 episodes. With the last episode of Season 15 set to air on TV, the countdown to the final season of the show coming to Netflix begins, meaning fans who have been waiting to binge the show will soon be able to do so.

As such, Supernatural Season 15 will come to Netflix a week and a day after its finale airs on The CW. As Season 15, Episode 20 is set for Thursday, November 19, this means that the whole season is expected to be on Netflix on Friday, November 27.

As with most Netflix series, episodes are expected to be released at 00:01 a.m. PT. When they drop in your country will depend on your time zone and its difference from America's west coast, currently eight hours behind GMT / UTC.

For fans who have been waiting for all of Season 15 to be available before watching it, here's a hint of what to expect. The official CW synopsis reads: "The epic journey of the Winchester brothers come to a close as Supernatural enters its final season.

"Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) have battled demons and angels, mythical creatures and monsters, in a seemingly unending quest to save the world. But in the final battle of the show's 14th season, they face off against God Himself (Rob Benedict), refusing to kill their surrogate nephilim son Jack (Alexander Calvert), and thus bringing about God's decision to end this reality once and for all..."

The CW website and app is also streaming some episodes of Supernatural Season 15 now. It currently has the last five episodes of the show (including the finale when it airs), and is expected to have them for at least the next month.

Though Supernatural Season 15 is expected to be available in many Netflix territories from November 27, it may not be available in all countries, so it is worth schedule your country's release schedule for November to see if it is dropping the new episodes this fall.

I watched this with a couple of other people as a group, and we were all starting to wonder if there were any actual supernatural events in the show. It's occurred to us that every instance of a demon we see could be a hallucination by the characters.

While the show's premise is actually exploring just that (the notion of: if there are any supernatural forces at play?), the Kings have specifically stated that there will be some things that will be left very open to interpretation and won't be necessarily explained by "science" or modern psychology.

One such episode that introduces a lot of new elements is "S is for Silence". By the end of the episode, the audience isn't sure if there is a demon in the box, if the demon in the box is let loose or not, and if the bot fly can really account for the positioning of all of Fenna's Stigmatas and/or the preservation of the other monk's body, let alone a theme of "whispering" insects that have been happening throughout a few episodes...

But in later episodes post S is For Silence, viewers see this clear goo that goes through Kristen's floor that may or may not be a hallucination. However, the audience is the only one noticing it and no one else ever mentions wholes in the floor, etc. And then there is also the black/dark red goo that spouts from Fenna's mouth also comes out of Leland's mouth during an exorcism, suggesting that demons or people who are "possessed", "infected", etc may have this goo inside them playing on an alleged Demon "mythology" in-universe.

Another thing that happened was that Kristen had stopped seeing George in her Night Terrors. Dr. Boggs ends up seeing him in a hallway where he is tagging along on a case the gang is working on, eager to write a book about what they are doing. George marks his noise with soot after saying "bloop" and Kristen notices the soot in a scene that happens right after. So how is it that Dr. Boggs can now see George too? Is there really any kind of transference for that in real life? Or maybe he just got soot on him from the wall and the audience just hallucinated George, despite that Dr. Boggs was terrified. ;P

In a similar vein season two also introduces a Jinn who passes from a little girl to Kristen. All season Kristen is convinced she's hallucinating many things, including the Jinn, but at the end of the season the Jinn has passed to Leland...

So IMO I would say, while there are still some things that have pretty plausible practical explanations, there are some things that hover in gray where one may not be sure which way to go, and other things that feel like they are actually building towards a supernatural mythology, especially on the demonology side of the series. IMO they have crossed over the line and I think it's hard to deny the show has supernatural phenomenon, even though it may not be all of the time or that the mythology ever perfectly stacks up neatly.

Pity the poor Supernatural fan. Right now, we're in the middle of a Supernatural drought. Season 10 wrapped in May, and Season 11 won't ramp up again until October 7. In the time between now and then, it'd be nice to re-watch Season 10 (um, again and again and again) and make sure all the nuances are absorbed before the new one begins. But, sadly, it hasn't made its way to streaming yet. So, the big question: When will Supernatural Season 10 come to Netflix? Update: Netflix announced in a press release that Season 10 will be available to stream on Oct. 7.

Okay, this movie is little seen and might not be very good, but it's got your Collins fix. Based on a true story, the movie has Collins and Laura Prepon (another Netflix favorite) playing a husband and wife accused of some horrific crimes in Canada. Collins isn't supernatural in it, but he does have a front-row-seat to some evil deeds.

It doesn't have anything like the brothers Winchester, but Mr. Babadook is one of the creepiest demons to crawl on to the screen in recent times. Don't watch this one late at night. (You were warned.)

This movie, directed by Terry Gilliam (of 12 Monkeys fame) and starring Matt Damon and Heath Ledger, is pretty underrated and deserves another look. Plus, Damon and Ledger play the fairytale Brothers Grimm, and, like the Winchesters, they definitely fight supernatural evil (and look kind of foxy while doing it).

I've had a small obsession with Mike Colter ever since I watched him play a bulletproof superhero in Marvel's Luke Cage. (I mean, I can never resist a smart alpha male character who's actually thoughtful.) So, when I caught wind of his supernatural drama, Evil, in 2020, I made a mental note to check out the series.

In case you're unfamiliar with the plot, Evil follows Dr. Kristen Bouchard (Katja Herbers), a forensic psychologist who teams up with David Acosta (Colter), a Catholic priest in training, to investigate a series of mysterious paranormal occurrences. We're talking evil bugs, bizarre hallucinations and demon possession.

While speaking with Alibi TV, Colter opened up about what makes the show so compelling, He explained, "It's interesting because it's a mix between a drama, a supernatural show and a genre fanboy show. There are a lot of ways we can go with the stories, but I think the core of the show is about our characters. There's a lot of character-driven development in Evil."

In addtition to Colter and Herbers, the talented cast includes Aasif Mandvi, Kurt Fuller, Andrea Martin and Michael Emerson. New episodes originally premiered on CBS, and all three seasons are now available to stream on Paramount+. Plus, newcomers can check out the first two seasons on Netflix.

Much of this speculation began with the 2023 Creation Honolulu convention, held between November 17th and 19th 2023, when members of the Supernatural cast were in attendance to promote the series and answer fan questions. While there were plenty of stars from the series there, the most notable were Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, who reunited on stage for an extended Q&A session with fans. In response to one question about what happened after Sam and Dean's reunion in heaven, Padalecki revealed that more Supernatural adventures are being discussed. "I have some ideas, and I hope that now that the writers are back, and the actors are back, that we all get together," Padalecki explained. "Stay tuned on that," Ackles added. "There are some conversations regarding that conversation that are being had." Padalecki also spoke with Collider, confirming that if they can figure out the logistics and find a story worth telling, his answer to a Supernatural revival is a resounding yes.

There's no denying that Ackles and Padalecki have been a bit busy since Supernatural ended. Padalecki currently headlines the CW's neo-Western Walker, which is a reimagining of the original Chuck Norris series, Walker, Texas Ranger. In addition to starring in the series, Padalecki is also an executive producer and one of the driving forces behind the prequel spin-off Walker: Independence, which ended abruptly in 2023 after only a single season. Unfortunately, like its successor, Walker was recently also cancelled by the network. Ackles has also been busy since Supernatural, voicing Batman in a variety of DC animated features, such as the Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths trilogy, and playing Solider Boy in Supernatural creator Eric Kripke's latest series, The Boys. He also co-starred in the third and final season of Big Sky, and can be seen in a guest capacity on the CBS series Tracker.
