@creedonThat worked great - thank you so much! I do have one quick question but not sure it would work. Is there any ability to have it send to a Thank You page after they submit and then auto-direct after say 3 seconds to the correct page? No big deal if not but thought I'd check to see if this would be possible.
@creedon this is exactly what I'm looking for, but I don't fully understand your code to make it specific to my site. Will this work with a simple Yes or No question? "Yes" the form can be submitted and reach me. "No" and the person gets redirected to a new page explaining why.
Here is the issue. I didn't key into this when I looked at your site earlier. You're using a form in a lightbox. These codes won't work for lightbox forms as the form is not on the DOM when the code is run.
I've made tweaks to the code you shared to suit my form field ID and the options in the dropdown, but the page redirects work only sometimes - I've done several test submissions but can't really figure out what the trigger is for a redirect.
I would ideally like to have the *City* dropdown after the email field to keep it in a clear flow but I've moved it to the bottom to test out the form functionality. Initially, the redirect seemed to work when the City dropdown was the last from field to be filled out but now the redirect is happening at random.
I think I know what is happening. The original code was probably written for a v7.1 site. You are on v7.0 and you probably have Ajax enabled (it is enable by default). To test if Ajax is involved you can turn it off. Be sure to reload the page before you test. Turning off Ajax can affect the performance of your site.
The NEET 2024 revised final answer keys for the original exam has been released by NTA on July 26, 2024. This revised NEET answer key 2024 is as per the Supreme Court verdict. Originally, the final answer key of NEET 2024 stated that in a particular Physics question, two answer options were correct. Based on the revision, only option number 4 of that particular question has been stated as correct.
During the Supreme Court of India hearing on the various NEET 2024 petitions, the apex court had asked IIT Delhi Committee to share its opinion on the controversial NEET 2024 Physics question which had two correct answer options as per the NEET 2024 final answer key by NTA. It has been opined that the two options were mutually exclusive and only the option number 4 was correct. Accordingly, the bench has suggested revoking the bonus marks, awarding four marks only to whose who have marked the answer option 4, and levying negative marking to those who selected any other answer option.
According to the NEET 2024 final answer key, a particular question has two correct answer options. Accordingly, candidates who attempted this question got full marks for it. According to NTA, based on the bonus marking of the NEET 2024 final answer key, 44 candidates have scored 720 out of 720 in NEET. This year, as many as 67 candidates have scored the full marks of 720.
The NEET answer keys and solutions 2024 for different codes were released by coaching institutes. There are four sets and six subsets of the question papers. Candidates can check and download the NEET question papers and NEET UG answer keys 2024 and those of previous years here on this page.
NEET 2024 OMR response sheets of candidates were released by NTA along with the provisional answer key of NEET 2024. NTA also sent the scanned image of candidates' OMR sheets to candidates' registered email addresses. NEET takers were advised to check the OMR response sheet and compare the answers reflected in the sheet with those that they had marked on the exam day. The NEET OMR sheet and provisional answer keys are available to candidates after logging in to the official website of NTA NEET 2024.
If a candidate feels that the answers reflected in the NEET OMR response sheet are not what s/he had marked on the day of the examination, s/he can file an objection against the response sheet. A non-refundable fee of INR 200 has to be paid for the successful submission of the objection.
According to the marking scheme of NEET 2024 stated by NTA, If more than one option is found to be correct then Four marks (+4) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.

NEET answer keys are an important document for each test-taker and it enables candidates to calculate their estimated score and determine their admission process. Answer keys of NEET refer to the correct answer choice of a question. Upon referring to the NEET answer keys and tallying with the answer choices selected by the candidates, they will have to calculate their scores by following the marking scheme of the exam, which is four marks for each correct answer and -1 mark for each incorrect answer. (vi) If none of the options is found correct or a Question is found to be wrong or a Question is dropped then all candidates who have appeared will be given four marks (+4) irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted by the candidate.
The second phase of NEET 2020 was conducted on October 14 for the candidates who could not appear for the original phase on account of being COVID-positive.
