Bunyad Foundation

Bunyad Literacy Community Council (BLCC) is a Non-governmental, non-political and non-profit NGO founded in 1994 by a group of like-minded persons who wanted to make a difference in alleviating poverty and empowering the urban & rural quality of life of families especially women.
