This is the XSLT that makes the Bungeni form descriptors into a more serializable XML ...
apply forms_split_attrs.xsl on custom.xml == > will generate custom_valid.xml
apply forms_merge_attrs.xsl on custom_valid.xml ==> will convert it back to custom.xml
They are checked into :
