For (1) i have to modify the split / merge XSLTs .. doing it now.

Update on the below

1) is Fixed
2) Pending

4) Allow selecting all roles as default grants in workflow definition . Also make the ui for default grants the same as the "manage permissions" in the state
5) Split the "Manage Transitions" into 2 - where the state is a destination transition, its a separate table. Where its a source, provide it in the table.

6) Forms add field - the field name should be a dropdown (editable) where a list of fields from the archetype must be provided. Selecting a field will default properties from the archetype field definition of the same name.

7) Groups cannot be associated to members currently in type definition.

Global grants are now managed in facets named global_* since it utilizes the same methods for editing state permissions.
