Both the styles (Left Hand) and the melody playing (Right hand) are using virtual instruments to produce the audio and as such, the sound gets to be high quality. VST, VST3 and Audio Units synth plug-ins and effects are supported as well as Soundfonts.
Giglad comes with a VST3 high quality GM sound sampling library offered by Dynamix Audio. More than 128 different instrument flavors on high standards will be available for your styles and your melody.
Giglad embeds a style editor for creating new styles from scratch or tweaking existing ones (e.g. re-voicing). It has specifically been designed for this purpose and includes all the necessary tools to describe the midi events, different variations, sections and transposition algorithms.
Giglad can read and play Yamaha SFF2 and SFF3 styles. Instruments will be mapped with our native sound library and you will be able to instantly listen and play them. They can be further tweaked via the Style Editor.
Multiple Midi Keyboard Controllers can be used not only for the chords and the melody playing but also to drive the software itself. The most critical actions such as playing/stop, switching style, applying sounds, changing tempo and much more, can all be instructed by your Midi Controllers.
The powerful multi-core audio engine of Giglad can produce the audio in low latency via the plug-ins. Alternatively, the midi engine can be enabled in order to send the midi information to hardware sound modules or other DAW's.
A Midi Keyboard Controller is required in order to play live. For low latency, an ASIO/ Core Audio compatible sound card is also advised to be included in your system. You should be aware that the audio processing, in every software, is very demanding in terms of resources. Thus, the better the system in which giglad will be installed, the better the performance will be.
Due to licensing reasons, giglad is distributed without any virtual instruments. The user needs to take care of creating his own library of sounds which will be used in his styles and his solo playing. There are awesome virtual instruments on the internet which can be downloaded for free and others which must be purchased by the corresponding vendor.
Giglad is distributed without any build-in styles but provides all the necessary tools for the user to create his own unique styles as easy and fast as possible. Additionally, giglad can read and play Yamaha SFF2 and SFF3 styles and these styles can be modified via the enhanced midi editor. Eventually, each user of giglad has a unique style/sound result.
The documentation describes in detail what giglad can do and what giglad cannot do. It is advised to have a quick read on it before diving straight into the software. Giglad has unique features which would be impossible to guess without reading the documentation.

Jest to legalny program zakupiony kilka lat temu na www.varranger.com. Software'owa alternatywa do sprzętowych aranżerw. Opcjonalne przeniesienie licencji (wymagane w przypadku aktualizacji programu) na nowego właściciela to 50 Euro płatne bezpośrednio u twrcy softu.
Plusem softu jest to, że działa on jako "sterownik" do dowolnych brzmień, czyli można podłączyć to do jakichkolwiek VSTi.
Nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie, by podłączyć hardware'owy moduł brzmieniowy.
Program zawiera w sobie bank brzmień (vArrangerSynth), ale warto użyć dobrej klasy pluginy VST (np. Kontakt, SampleTank lub jakiekolwiek indywidualne do basu, perkusji, itp.) lub zaopatrzyć się w banki brzmień dostępne u twrcy.

Avrei una richiesta da farti, ho una Ketron Audya e alcune basi che ho riesco a leggere gli accordi e altri no, probabilmente dipende dal formato, che tu sappia esiste un progamma che mi permetta di convertire il formato in modo da leggere gli accordi sulla tastiera ? grazie in anticipo e buona fortuna per i tuoi progetti futuri.
Ciao Giorgio, ho un problema nella connessione con il midjay plus e il pc. Ho scaricato dal sito ufficiale della Ketron il programma ma non si connette.Uso Vista come sistema operativo.Se ti ricordi io sono stato uno dei primi ad usare il tuo programma per sincronizzare i kar per midjay.

Con tre strumenti a vostra completa disposizione, potete semplicemente scegliere da quale partire ed iniziare a suonare. Vi sembrer immediatamente di suonare uno strumento reale, non un set di campionamenti registrati su livelli decisamente pi statici. Brass contiene anche una libreria estesa di riff basati su esecuzioni reali interamente configurabili ed espandibili e suddivisi in stili. Questi riff sono sicuramente un metodo ottimo per iniziare ad avere confidenza con lo strumento, soprattutto se non avete molta dimestichezza con questo genere di software. La cosa da rimarcare che questi riff possono anche essere triggerati durante esecuzioni live!
Potete quindi scegliere se creare, importare e modificare i riff che meglio si adattano alle vostre esigenze, o se suonare direttamente gli strumenti gi modellati direttamente nella modalit Live tramite una tastiera e altri controller in tempo reale: in entrambi i casi Brass rivoluzioner i vostri metodi standard di creazione e produzione musicale.

Di solito sono dei connettori con dei cavi schermati gialli.
Entrambi hanno lo stesso passo, scambiarli molto facile.

Comunque cos come hai descritto il problema sembra che ci sia quyalche base che non resetti appropriatamente tutti i contolli midi.
Leggiti il pist sul midi Reset.
Comunque questo sono problemi non semplici da risolvere anche per le ditte che hanno prodotto i lettori in questione.
Il fato che il pi delle volte dipende dalla sequenza di brani mndati in esecuzione.

Mi chiamo Diego, le scrivo per chiederle se esiste un modo per assegnare ad ogni tasto di una tastiera remote midi una serie di valori di sistem exclusive.
Questa funzione mi permetterebbe di trasporre delle frasi del sequencer oppure di selezionare dei pattern ?

Salve Giorgio ho visto che non mi hai ancora risposto in merito al mio post precedente, sicuramente hai cose pi importanti da fare, comunque ho fatto varie prove con il mio effetto voce e alla fine ho trovato una soluzione: canale midi 16 messo su channel tx left, poi sulle funzioni midi ho bloccato la traccia vocale sulla traccia 15, ora mi funziona perfettamente, nella riproduzione del file midi canto normalmente quando devono entrare i cori con il mio effetto vocale entrano regolarmente per poi continuare a cantare senza cori (harmonizer). Invece prima mi dava il problema che bloccando la traccia vocale sulla parte 16 midi, mi rimaneva sempre attiva i cori e non la mia voce principale. Spero di essere spiegato e quando hai due minuti se mi puoi rispondere in merito.Grazie
ciao Giorgio possiedo le basi della MLIVE MF3 che uso con un vecchio OKYWEB prima serie. Ti chiedo se ,nel caso acquistassi il MIDJay, posso continuare ad usarle e se non fosse possibile come si puo fare per riconvertirle sul MIDJay.

Il clock Midi ( Sart, temo etcc) dovrebbe essere generato da vanbasco ma credo che il programma non lo preveda per cui niente da fare.

Ad esempio puoi mandare le tue sequenze con Sonar o un altro sequencer simile.
Attivi il midi clock in uscita ed il gioco e fatto.

Io personalmente ho lavorato molto con il midjay ( normale) e li i djloop andavano benissimo.
Me ne avevo fatti diversi e li usavo spesso.

Hi giorgio may I ask you a question that no one has been able to answer yet, not AJ, not Ketron, etc.You reviewed Band in a Box, the chord template program. You are able to insert chords in a template of time, and that template drives the styles etc in time. The program varranger does the same thing with ketron styles etc. Can I the program from varranger to drive an audya. The chords are being given by the template, and it is driving a style along with the variations and fills. Does Audya accept midi sync, and being a slave?. Can it be done with the midjay?
