The Etatron E One Series Liquid Dosing Pump is a high efficient solenoid metering pump, which has a maximum power consumption of only 26W. With a dosing accuracy of +- 5% the e one series of fluid dosing pump is most suited for use in Water treatment as a PH correction and disinfection pump, for chlorine and flocculent (PAC) dosing, cleaning in place (CIP) and within the Agricultural industries for animal feed /water treatment and vehicle wash systems for the dosing of car wash liquids.
The Etatron AD Series Fluid Dosing Pump is a motor driven diaphragm pump. A worm gearbox driven by an electric motor converts the rotational input from the motor to a forward and aft movement in the pump head. This movement is controlled via the stroke length adjuster located at the rear of the pump allowing a stroke length adjustment of between 10% - 100%. The metering pump head contains a spring return mechanism ensuring high repeatability. Typical applications include water treatment, process and agriculture industry.
The Etatron AF Series Mixer Pump is designed for use with dosing systems and typically used for chemicals whose composition may be powder based, or where the chemical requires frequent mixing to ensure separation does not take place. Mixer pumps are available with speeds up to 1400rpm, and between 600mm to 800mm in length in either PP or Stainless Steel.
The Etatron BD Series Fluid Dosing Pump is a motor driven diaphragm dosing pump in which the stroke length can be adjusted between 10-100% of range. Typically the stroke length and speed will be adjusted according to the fluid being pumped. A more viscous fluid will require a long stroke length to ensure not only the pump operates as required, but also so that the correct amount of fluid is dosed.
