Dear John,
Thank you for circulating the event! Normally, by then, you will have received your ticket. Sani Mahamadou told me that he would take care of that - I am in contact with him, so feel free to reach out if there any issue. The keynote address will occur on April 3, at 4pm, in the Forum of Harvard Kennedy School (79 JFK Street, Cambridge, MA 02138).
I will also email you the schedule of the panels to take place on April 4.
I look forward to seeing you there.
Thanks!

Dear William:

Thank you very much. I have forwarded your announcement to groups of students and also to former Peace Corps volunteers who may be interested.

For my own ticket, do I simply have to present myself at the door and give my name? Please advise.

We are looking forward to your event.

Regards,
John Hutchison
