Sometimes when using a lot of dynamic text inside of a scrollpanel I
run into some text issues. Initially the text looks fine, but when
scrolling the panel, the text will look cut off (like someone cut the
text in half horizontally) and a bit messed up. The panel is on a
whole number, and it doesn't move or have any other functionality
outside of just scrolling the content.

Here is a screen shot of what I am talking about:

If I leave the page, or set the panel scroll position to 0, it fixes
it.

Is this something anyone else has encountered? If so, any fixes?

I have seen this too. I have only noticed it when using the mouse wheel...

This is a flash player bug that occurs in some cases when content with cacheAsBitmap set to true is masked and scrolled with a scrollRect.  The scroll panel automatically sets cacheAsBitmap to true on scrollable content for the sake of performance.  If you see this issue, you simply need to disable the cacheAsBitmap option.  I think this is set in the AbstractScrollPanel class.
