Role: PeopleSoft HR Consultant with Upgrade Experience

Required Skills : PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft Administrative Knowledge.
· Prior experience in HR Upgrade (8.9 to version 9.1 and to 9.2)
· Strong oral, written and communication skills.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Perform PeopleSoft Tools upgrade from version 8.52 to version 8.54
· Perform the PeopleSoft HR Upgrades from version 8.9 to version 9.1 and then to version 9.2
· Work with the team to resolve any issues relating to customizations of the PeopleSoft HR modules. This would mainly relate to the Payroll module and Job processing since all other modules have been developed by the customer as bolt on customizations.
· Tune the upgrade scripts for best performance to minimize overall run time in subsequent runs.
· Provide final, tested, de-bugged, and tuned upgrade scripts for the People Tools 8.54 and PeopleSoft HR 9.1/9.2 upgrades to the customer.
· Define the databases needed for the upgrade scripts in the user acceptance testing (UAT) environment, including source, target and parking or intermediate databases.
· Optionally be available and possibly be onsite for the IMF upgrade and migration in the production environment (weekend upgrade).
Knowledge about new features in People Tools 8.54 and PeopleSoft HR 9.1 or 9.2 (Payroll only) that the customer might want to consider, please bring them to the attention of the Team.
