Big data tech lead-2 position

location : phoenix,AZ

Duration : 1 year, extendable upto 2 years, depending on the project situation.

 Qualification and Skillset Requirement:

The project is to bring the data into a very big DWH(Datawarehouse) system in Bigdata

At least five (5) years experience in a Lead  role.
At least three (3) years of experience on using various Hadoop modules. Experience with MapR Distribution is a plus
Deep project experience using different Hadoop modules – Java MR, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Oozie, HBase..  etc
Hand-on experience in Java development and be able to independently develop and handle large Java MR programs. Expertise in core Hadoop concepts required
Hands-on experience with Hadoop Tools - Hadoop configurations, logs etc.  Experience in using Datameer tool is a plus
Strong experience with Solar and other text  search/mining tool
Ability to implement Business Logic using Hadoop components
Expertise in SQL language and Unix Shell programming. Exposure to ETL tool like TeraData is a plus
Experience in  Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Migration
Excellent Communication Skills
Project experience on  large Hadoop clusters of  multi-petabytes of data
