Something that was introduced to me yesterday - a free volunteer management/scheduling online resource. I haven't had a chance to mess with it too much, but from what I see it allows us to post events/fundraiser, email it to people and they can schedule themselves. Not sure how much information we can store (ie addresses, phone, etc) but it seems like a great way to organize people we already have info for.
