700 acres for sale

To the group:

There has been talk from time to time within the group of the idea of purchasing property for hunting. I am sure that this is way above what anybody would have in mind but I thought I would throw it out there anyway. You never know. 

I have been a part of a hunting lease on a 700 acre piece property in east Livermore for the last couple years. I have attached a document with the details of the property to this email. The land owner emailed me a few days ago and said that he has decided to sell the property and asked me if I knew anyone that might be interested. This is a pretty cool property and is loaded with quail, deer, rabbits, hogs (form time to time), ducks in the winter, etc. He is looking for $3,000 per acre.

As I said, this is probably way out of our league but thought I would send the email anyway.
