Bulk Extractor with Record Carving

Hi,

I would like to carve out by records not files using bulk extractor, so I have added some scanners and published binary build at my site.

Hi. I’m really happy that you are contributing to bulk_extractor. However, we need to do this in an orderly fashion. Please first submit the changes to be13_api. We will test those changes before accepting the changes to bulk_extractor.
