Iagree, the Sticky Note is a valuable communication tool allowing relevant TV messages to be left for the user, rather than open the user's copy of Notepad or MS Word in order to leave a completion message.

How can you wright a post about " Want to build stronger, more personal customer relationships with the people you provide tech support to? " if you do not handle support your own this way.

I'm a corporate customer for many years and now i need some support on security issues and teamviewer 12. I have looked at all forums, faq's and manuals but can't find the solution for my personal situation. So i decided to write an email explain what i need. The only thing i got back was:

Dear TeamViewer Customer,

We are continuously working to optimize the way we handle your requests.

Which is why we have discontinued the usage of the support email address: sup...@teamviewer.com We now have a form on our website, solely dedicated to handling all your requests: www.teamviewer.com/ticket Please use this form for any future request to TeamViewer.

For readily available tips and ongoing expert discussions on TeamViewer-related issues, please join us on our community and be part of the global TeamViewer Community.

Thanks for understanding.

Your TeamViewer Support Team

Nice customer relation you are building with your customers. If my answer was in the community i would have gone there. How hard can it be for your company to attach. my email to a support ticket??

This is a very nice feature to have between you and the customer. But, as Ray_T stated, It would be nice to be able to leave

your own Logo on the 'Sticky Note'... It just personalizes the relationship in a better way!!!

TeamViewer Single Sign-On (SSO) aims to reduce user management efforts for large companies by connecting TeamViewer with identity providers and user directories. ?Notes: The TeamViewer Single Sign-On is based on the domain which you set up. This...

Secure LDAP has been available within SImpleHelp for quite some time, I want to say from early in v4 releases. I get that SAML has some advantages (more than a few), but authentication does not necessarily remove the need to query content from a directory server. If you need to query LDAP, enforce secure access. Enterprise version of SimpleHelp also does Radius Authentication (I admit to not using this myself) which you could use as an alternate secure mechanism that allows for you to have a more flexible authentication setup.

@Stuart_James based on the anti-consumer practices being rolled out by TeamViewer at the moment ( -teamviewer-scam/), I would probably look at alternatives even if it ticks all of the boxes for security.

I recently got Ubuntu installed on my server, I wanted to install TeamViewer so i could easy manage the virtual machines, However, I get errors when installing it from App store?, And I also get errors, but more detailed on the terminal.

Notes to Multiarch:On newer 64-bit DEB-systems with Multiarch-support (Debian 7) teamviewer_linux_x64.deb cannot be installed because the package ia32-libs is not available anymore on these systems. In this case you can use teamviewer_linux.deb instead.

All that I did to install it was to download the file direct from the Teamviewer website selecting the correct version (i.e. Ubuntu 64 bit) and just opened the file and the software centre installed it for me without any issues.

But looking at your error output I would just install all the missing dependencies. Go into the Software Centre and search for each of the missing items and install them before trying to install teamviewer again. Remember in software centre to click on "show technical item" at the bottom left of the screen.

If you have created a Teamviewer account via their website you can use the web login to remotely access other computers - it is only an outward connection so you can't use it to allow someone else to remotely access your computer but it will at least allow you to access others.

If so kindly remove it totally then install the supported dependencies and reinstall again usingsudo dpkg --force-depends -i teamviewer_i386.debYou may find this article helpful. -installation-in-lubuntu-from-command-line-dependency-error-fixed/

Since Teamviewer 12 I constantly get this dialag after each session that asks me for notes. I really don't need it. So I found a setting where I can disable this. But the setting is disabled! Any idea what I'm missing?

Per the TeamViewer documentation, this is an administrative option that is controlled by your company. If you wish to change this, you need to login to the administrative panel ( ) for TeamViewer and edit your user there to set that option.

Is there a way in HubSpot to limit users visibility just to see&edit list of contacts and their properties? (so that Timeline activities or other childs like deals, would not be visible to such users)

It's not possible to grant a user view permissions of a contact record but prevent them from seeing the timeline (logged activities likes sales emails or notes). At the moment, HubSpot's permission model doesn't allow for this level of granularity.

In general, I can see how it would be useful to for a sales representative to see a record but not see the activities. If you feel strongly about this being a feature, you could suggest it in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. The product team reviews the requests shared there based on popularity. A similar request has been made here already: Restrict sales email visibility on contact records

I'm experiencing the same need. I run a real estate brokerage and each of my agents has access to Hubspot. In real estate we often work with the same agents in any particular geographic area. Currently I have 2 agents working 2 different deals with the same listing agent at a different office. A duplicate contact record can't be created for the listing agent and I grant both agents access to the listing agents contact record, they will both see all of the activities including the confidential information of each others clients. As we work deals Its important to be able to see the contact card of an agent at another office, but my agents should onle be able to see only their own activities and communications. As the admin I would always be able to behind the curtain to address any improprieties or erros.

To configure the application default settings for the included dashboard, open the Plugins Management and click on Dashboard for the Terminal plugin based on Rebex.

To configure individual dashboard settings for a connection, use the Dashboard property page.

Click the color picker button in the display name text box to select a color. In the User Interface settings you can configure to show the color in the navigation tree, the connection tab or as connection border.

The Credentials page allows you to assign a credential to the object. You can specify username and password, assign a predefined credential or you specify a credential by name (ideal when you share your configuration). You can also use the credentials defined in the parent folder.

When selected, enter or choose a credential name you want to assign to the object during connect-time.

If you enter '?' (without the quotes) as credential name, Royal TS will prompt for credentials by showing the credential picker dialog.

Assigning a credential by name is recommended when a team of users share the same configuration file. Each user can define his own credential as long as it is using the same name and saves the credential in his own personal and protected document. This makes sharing files across team members very easy while keeping credentials safe.

When checked, Royal TS will use the credentials to log on to the connection automatically. This setting applies only to connection types supporting automatic logon and is ignored if a connection doesn't support automatic logon.

To access the configured credentials through replacement tokens (for example in Auto Fill or Key Sequence Task configurations), use the replacement tokens \(EffeciveUsername\) and \(EffectivePassword\).

Assigning a task by name is recommended when a team of users share the same configuration file. Each user can define his own task as long as it is using the same name and saves the task in his own personal and protected document. This makes sharing files across team members very easy.

This setting might be useful if you need to setup a VPN connection. Put all your connections which require you to setup this VPN in one folder and Royal TS will establish the VPN connection only for your first connection.

This setting might be useful if you need to setup a VPN connection. Put all your connections which require you to setup this VPN in one folder and Royal TS will disconnect the VPN connection after the last connection is disconnected.

If a key sequence is in progress, do not interact with Royal TS or any other application after you connect. The status bar message indicates when a key sequence is in progress and when it has finished.
