[IMP] Message regarding party delegates for EuroLDS'14

Zdrasti dear national plenary of AIESEC Bulgaria!

I'm writing to you regarding status of party delegates for the international regional conference we are hosting in about 10 days, EuroLDS.

According to arrangements and contract requirements with the hotel, party delegates aren't allowed on EuroLDS'14 in order to:
- avoid any damage 
- easily manage crowd and access rights of delegates and other guests to conference rooms, coffee breaks, meals and etc
- we may pay penalty fees to hotel in case we have additional people

Hotel has already designed special security system and access rights system for our delegates, conference team, special guests and corporate partners.

Hotel security wont allow any non-delegate to enter venue territory under any condition.

So please make sure to downscale this message to your every VP, TLP and TMP.
