BC Law Diversity Bar Cocktail Event

[BU LALSA]

Hello, LALSA members:
M.A.H.A. members will be in attendance at the BU Law Diversity cocktail event on Wednesday, March 2, from 5-7pm.  This will be a great opportunity to network with lawyers practicing in the Boston-area as well as fellow law students in the area.  I know a few of us have been to M.A.H.A. events-- Matt, Andrea, and I, at least-- and M.A.H.A. has been assembling a really great group.  Let's continue to build BU Law's relationship with that organization and Boston-area LALSAs.

1L Section Reps:
Please make an announcement about this event to your classmates and put up the details on the board in your classes.  The event is on Wednesday, March 2nd, so you may want to give your classmates a heads up on Monday, and remind them again on the following Monday.

Boston College Law School is holding a Diversity Bar cocktail event at the school, on Wednesday, March 2, from 5-7 p.m.
 
Members, representatives from all of the Affinity Bars as well as the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association are invited to attend, mingle with the students and discuss life after law school vis a vis their respective groups.

 

The event is sponsored by Wilmer Hale as part of their sponsorship of BC Law Diversity Month. Organization representatives will be there to speak to the next generation of lawyers.
 
Come mingle with the students!  It will be a casual event with no formal speaking program, but we anticipate we will have more than 200 attendees.  The MAHA E-Board is proud to have Vicky Bonilla and Migdalia Nalls as alumnae.
