Hi everyone,

First, a huge thank you for your patience. I know many of you are running into the "Item not found" or the "PRS-RPCPM-18" error when trying to download Buks AI or redeem your codes.

The Situation: I want to be completely transparent: these are not issues with the app’s code or your device. We are currently navigating a synchronization failure on the Google Play Console backend. Essentially, Google’s payment and testing databases are lagging in recognizing our specific group of testers.

What I'm doing: I am in active, high-level communication with Google Support to force a manual database sync for our app. Very technical you don't need to work your mind behind this.

What you can do: While I wait for their engineers to "wake up" and fix the sync, please do not attempt to redeem the codes repeatedly as it might flag your account. Once I get the "Green Light" from Google, I will ask you to:

  1. Clear the Cache of your Google Play Store app.

  2. Retry the link I provided.

I am working to ensure we stay on track for our 14-day testing cycle despite these platform bugs. I’ll update you the second the backend is live.
