Cleaning BuildTak Original and Nylon+ Surfaces

Hi,

I just wonder what are the best practices for cleaning BuildTak surfaces before printing.

1. Should I use alcohol before the first print, or the surfaces are already "ready-to-print" and using gloves while mounting the surface would be enough?

2. May I use IPA instead of rubber alcohol?

3. Should I use alcohol, water or another solvent after each print to clean surfaces, particularly Nylon+?
