Git push to the buildr4eclipse repo

I worked a bit on the buildr4eclipse repository, but I could not push my changes to your repository.

I ended up forking the repo, and making a pull request... something tells me I got it all wrong.

This initial commit comes with a spec file to test its behavior. However there is a problem with running the tests, so I'm not sure it's all going well.
