buildpack ruby adding a aws elastic mapreduce

Hi All,

I have a question about how to biuld a ruby buildpack.

How can I add the aws elastic mapreduce folder to my instance on heroku.

Please can you guys give me any light to proceed also commands.

I am trying to use vulcan but I couldn't find a really good documentation about it.

Also if I want t create my own buildpack with my preferred language how can I do it step by step
