Getting very close on documentation

https://github.com/buildout/buildout/pull/369 just moves meta-recipe documentation from doctests (but written as documentation using manuel) to the manual.

https://github.com/buildout/buildout/pull/374 has a few small remaining details and cuts over the README and PyPI pages to use the new docs.

These should be easy to review. :) Really.

The only remaining urgent issue is to decide what to do with www.buildout.org. That content is very old. It might be best to just www.docs.  That's what I'll do if no one objects.
