I am Manav Mittal from India planning to participate this year under BuildmLearn for coming gsoc 2016. I have 3 years experience with Python,HTML,CSS ,Javascript, PHP, Java. 

I thoroughly went through your project lists and i found this project

very interesting- ILIT for Android
