Hi i am a Computer Engineering student from Turkey, i have experience with C++/Qt and Java-Scala. I saw this project on GSoC page and i want to say it is really insipring with both code and purpose parts :) i am particularly interested with 'Learn from Map' application idea. I think it is funny and useful to develop. I have both experince with Java and Qt as i said before but using Qt's Android is looking more attractive for me is any idea to do that or possibilities at least :) BTW i think also Adding artificial intelligence idea is a good point to focus on after finishing application or/and even after GSoC.
I saw that lots of good people is interested with this idea so if you think that I should take another idea, Practice handwriting my 2nd favorite because i am also interested in Machine Learning and i think a "little" machine learning hack makes that idea better than only instantaneously warring trace machine.
So please show me road because i really loved  this application :)
PS: I have some experience with C# Windows Phone 8 development so not my first choice but it is also will be okey if someone say we need that :)

Of course i am reading them but there is a problem with how organizations dealing with GSoC, some of organizaions only says that "Just write your proposal and we will review that." some others wants to discuss, this causes confilict over students and even organizations.

I am just saying that, lead me to apply. I am just trying to involve in a open source project because i want to help a good organization. So, i think it is not hard for you to say "write a draft application and send" or "write your ideas right here and open to discuss" or some thing like that shows you what is your prefered method to apply

We are open to both. You may discuss your development approach on the projects in the ideas page. Once you have crystallised your development approach with our suggestions, you can then proceed to drafting a proposal. We can review it for you if you ask.
