Hi

I have download the github project (https://github.com/BuildmLearn/BuildmLearn-Toolkit) BuildmLearn-Toolkit.

According to the wiki page,this prohect is developt cross platform development framework viz. Just to confirmed is this one? ( http://mobidev.biz/cross-platform.html)

Are there some instructions for building the  BuildmLearn-Toolkit.

Special IDE,libraries, etc.

The toolkit is developed using the Qt framework which is cross platform. So making the toolkit work on other platforms like Linux and Mac is possible.

There are no special instructions for building the toolkit, we recommend using Qt Creator and Qt 4.8.4 libraries.
