I am currently studying btech computer science and am in my second year I remember how during my school days it was so hard to remember all those diagrams in biology, physics etc and i think its great how you guys want to make it fun and educational for the children
Here's my idea instead of just dragging and droping labels why not create a game here is an example
Labeling The Digestive System we will ask the user to select the organs which are involved in the process of digestion and when they select we ask them to name it if they get it correct they move onto to the next organ involved in the process and when the user gets it correct we will also the food moving through the organs and going through different stages
as it does in real life
This way the student will not only remember the correct labels of the diagram but also understand at the same time what the process is all about making this fun as well as educational
we can implement the same idea for other processes like working of a pulley, stimuli reaction and much much more

A lot of the students have turned our educative apps in educative games ;-). But eh, it's fine that's how kids learn these days. Nice idea! You could start drafting this idea into a proposal and send a proposal for review. Here's a thread on getting your draft proposal reviewed[1].
