Changed Position of Start Simulation Button in the BuildmLearn toolkit

Hi Pankaj,

As reported by this bug ,the Start simulation button was overlapping with the mobile screen and seemed to be non functional and non clickable.

So,I have changed the positions of the Start Simulation Button ,the Back Button(<-) and the Generate Application button.

I have already sent a pull request.Here is the link:

Please check the functioning now.
