Hello Sir,
The project 'Label the diagram' seems very interesting .I am willing to work on that. But i am little confused about how and where to submit my proposal.
I want to upload my android project in my proposal for further reference.
So can you please help?

Thanks for showing interest in our project. You are supposed to submit a proposal on Google melange website[1]. We have some instructions on guidance page[2] you could refer.
