Hello

I'm Ann Shkerina. I'm a fifth year student from Ukraine.

I have experience with C/C++. Mostly I worked in Qt on the operating system Ubuntu and Kubuntu. So porting of you toolkit is very interesting task for me.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Regards

Hi Ann,

Thanks for your interest in the porting project.

I've decided to build app under OS Kubuntu and build was successful. But after starting a glance visible problems with the interface. What should I do next?

It's great that you were able to build it successfully on Kubuntu. Technically, the UI would work but there may be some problems in rendering some widgets. Also, you need to test it on different resolutions to be sure if it works well.

You can start noting down the things that need to get fixed and include them in your proposal on how you intend to work on them. Please do not start working on the project / coding until you are selected as per the GSoC timelines.

Try to create a strong proposal for this project since you already have it running! Feel free to discuss any ideas or queries that you may have.
