Hi developers,

My name is Chen Qu, and I am a junior student majoring in Computer Science in Dalian University of Technoly, China. I have been working on several Android projects and been learning in the process. I am a enthusiast of Material Design and have been implementing it in my current projects. I am also knowlegeable in Python and PHP, which might come in handy from time to time.

I am particularly interested in the idea of building a general framework for mConference. I believe that the quality of the interface used to generate config file is as important as the app itself. The best user experience should be that our user can fill essential information and images on a friendly website and then download the apk file instantly for release. However, I have not found any service to build Android projects online. So should our job include figuring out how to build the project online?

Some links to know more about me:

Although my blog is in Chinese for now, I will be updating my progress on mConference Framework if I could get the apprenticeship in GSoC.

Thanks,

Chen

You should be able to create a web form to generate the configuration file. The conference organizer would then use this configuration file with the mConference application source code to create his application.
