Label the Diagram : Full application or template maker?

Hi,

I had a query about the app idea "Label the Diagram" - 

Do we have to make a full application (with specific subjects and questions) or a sort of a template like the QuizTemplate and other templates in the BuilmLearn toolkit where anyone can add their own set of subjects and corresponding questions and generate the apk?

All the mobile applications listed on the ideas page (including 'Label the Diagram') have to be developed completely. Not as templates for the toolkit.

Sorry for replying in another's Question. What are the main mobile platforms BuildmLearn concentrating.

Is it only Android,iOS.

Or It can be Windows Phone, Ubuntu touch, BB10, Firefox OS or any other.
